Ingrid Marie Rivera was born in El Yunqueon, Caribbean, Puerto Rico.

Ingrid Rivera beat 29 rivals in last weeks Puerto Rico’s Miss Universe 2008 competition.

She had some problems in the contest: someone doused her gown with pepper spray and spiked her makeup. Organizers are investigating who is responsible.

Ingrid Marie Rivera is actually studying Marketing & Finance at The University of Puerto Rico and is part time model.

What she likes: look movies, modeling, reading, socialising and listen to music. She also likes latin dances: salsa, merengue, bachata and belly dance.
