Ingrid Marie Rivera was born in El Yunqueon, Caribbean, Puerto Rico.
Ingrid Rivera beat 29 rivals in last weeks Puerto Rico’s Miss Universe 2008 competition.
She had some problems in the contest: someone doused her gown with pepper spray and spiked her makeup. Organizers are investigating who is responsible.
