Connect Xbox Live Failed - Error create a Live account

After you hooked everything up to go live, checked the network settings and did the test, there should not be a blank screen.

To check the status of your Xbox Live connection go to the the Xbox Dashboard
Click the System area of the Xbox Dashboard and select Network Settings, there you should select Test Xbox Live Connection.
After the test in the More Info section you can Edit Settings like: IP Settings, DNS Settings, PPPoE Settings and Advanced Settings. Set it up properly.
