Swiss Chard or Guava, this is the big question.
Guava has four to five times the amount of fiber and 19 times the amount of vitamin C as an apple! (Psidium guajava L.)
However: Swiss Chard and beets make a wonderful cabbage meal. It contains lots of Vitamin K.
The taste is similar to spinach with a slightly bitter flavor sautéed in olive oil with garlic and crushed red pepper it is great.
