When Netflix announced that it was raising its prices by up to 60%, a lot of people went ballistic. The official Netflix blog was quickly besieged with negative comments. Customers threatened to quit in droves. In short, people were acting like a stranger just slapped their child.
The comedy-minded folks at Funny or Die obviously picked up on that reaction. A new video starring Jason Alexander (of “Seinfeld” fame) addresses the price hike in an over-the-top spoof that resembles a Red Cross plea for donations.
